Warehouses Overseas: We have warehouses overseas to fulfill orders faster. Please note that, depending on your location and availability, you may encounter duty fees or customs charges upon delivery.

Duty Fees: If you are charged duty fees upon receiving your order, please email contact us here with a screenshot of the fees. We will review the situation and do our best to issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

No PO Box Shipping: Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes. Ensure your shipping address is valid and deliverable.

Failed Deliveries: If you fail to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. Please be aware that a re-shipping fee may apply for the item to be sent again, or you may receive a refund (excluding shipping costs) as we have already paid for and arranged the original delivery.
